Brand: KAKAO FRIENDS

Target Users: Young people who struggle to keep exercising

This project was designed for a business competition hosted by Kakao Friends, with the theme "Embrace your imperfections and express yourself freely." It ultimately won second place.

Kakao Friends has a relatively small market share in China. By focusing on the needs and pain points of local young users, particularly young women, this project aims to expand Kakao Friends' influence in the Chinese market.

The idea draws inspiration from a recent social trend—many people have the desire to exercise, but very few people stick to regular exercise. To address this, the project designs a smart wearable boxing suit that redefines fitness motivation, promoting it as an active part of daily life. Instead of repetitive solo workouts, fitness becomes an exciting, unpredictable game with friends, transforming exercise into an engaging, ongoing challenge.
